Kenneth Burke appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (trial court) which denied his motion for post-trial relief seeking a new trial. We affirm.
On August 7, 1993, Burke was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Michelle Schramm. Schramm was travelling south on State Route 532 when she failed to negotiate a curve in the road. The vehicle struck a stone pillar located off the paved road surface and on the property of the Buck Hotel. Burke sustained injuries as a result of the accident.
