OPINION

FERNANDEZ, Chief Judge.

This appeal is a continuation of numerous disputes that resulted from two joint venture agreements to develop a real estate project. We have no jurisdiction to consider the appeal issues and find no reversible error in the cross-appeal.

In 1978, appellant L.B. Nelson Corporation of Tucson (Nelson) entered into the Lightning “A” Ranch Venture with appellee May/Tankersley/McKay Joint Venture and the Castlerock Ranch Venture with appellee May/Tankersley Joint Venture.
