The finding recites the following unchallenged facts: Early in 1946, the plaintiff, Mrs. Milestan, arranged to buy a house and lot located in Bridgeport. The price of $5100 was to be met by a down payment of $500 in cash and a purchase money mortgage for the balance. Mrs. Milestan was told by the agent with whom she dealt that the owner, the federal housing authority, would not accept a mortgage from her because she was not gainfully employed.
