Plaintiff, thirty-six years of age, alleged that while proceeding to an empty seat after entering one of defendant’s cars she was thrown violently to the floor and injured by the reckless starting of the “car with a sudden violent jolt which was unusual and extraordinarily quick, and so sudden and violent that the plaintiff was thrown to the floor of the car.” She has a verdict and from the judgment entered thereon de fendant appeals.
