HAMITER, Justice.

In a former proceeding, to which this is a sequel, judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiff, Mrs. Ferol R. Cameron, decreeing her to be the legitimate daughter of James H. Rowland (who died intestate on June 12, 1941) by his first wife, and entitled, as his sole heir, to the ownership and possession of her father’s one-half interest in the community of acquets and gains that existed between him and his second wife, Mrs. Louise T. Rowland, who is the defendant herein. The judgment further ordered Mrs. Rowland to account to plaintiff for all properties thus inherited,…
