FORD, District Judge.

This is a proceeding for reorganization of the above named debtors, originally instituted under section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 207. Soon after the enactment of Chapter. X of the Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq., it was found practicable to apply the provisions of that chap ter to the proceeding and accordingly all subsequent action has been in accordance therewith.
