In this action against the defendants as the five members of fhe board of public safety of the city of Torrington, in which the plaintiff seeks equitable relief against the board’s order transferring him from the detective bureau to regular police work in the police department, in alleged violation of his rights under the city charter, the following is a summary of the material facts in the finding as corrected.
