On December 1,1893, the Puget Sound Dressed Beef & Packing Company recovered judgment against William J. Jeffs, James F. Myhan and Harry M. Heath, co-partners doing business under the firm name of the Rainier Market. On March 10, 1894, the said Puget Sound Dressed Beef & Packing Company assigned said judgment to one C. E. Griffin, who thereafter caused a writ of garnishment to be issued against the Oakland Home Insurance Company, requiring it to answer as to its indebtedness to one of the judgment debtors, Harry M.
