fifty-fourth judicial district, specially presiding,

Plaintiff, Nick Cardello, alleges that on January 6, 1937, about eight a.m., while crossing the street intersection at Ridge and Fleming Avenues, North Side, Pittsburgh, Pa., he was struck, knocked to the street, and severely injured by an automobile owned and operated by defendant, James Fleming. Two men picked him up and took him to the hospital. As the result of the impact he was dizzy; sustained fractures of four ribs on his right side; black and blue marks on his body, and aggravated a former injury to his back and hip. He…
