MEMORANDUM OPINION

MARK W. VAUGHN, Bankruptcy Judge.

On January 22, 1993, Alfred Mirulla, the debtor and respondent herein, filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. In his petition, the debtor claimed a homestead exemption of $30,000.00 pursuant to N.H. RSA 480:1.

On March 25, 1993, within the period for filing objections to claimed exemptions, the movant, a creditor holding a judicial lien and a party in interest, filed an objection to the debtor’s list of exempt property as required by 11 U.S.C. § 522© of the Bankruptcy Code.
