I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the Chapter 7 Trustee’s Objection to Exemption Claimed in Real Estate. The Debtor filed a “Motion in Opposition to Chapter 7 Trustee’s Objection to Exemption Claimed in Real Estate,” and the Court heard the matter on February 12, 2002. At the conclusion of the hearing, the parties requested the opportunity to file briefs, and the Court directed briefs to be filed on or before March 29, 2002.
