MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the motion filed by William T. Neary, the United States Trustee for the Northern District of Illinois (the “UST”) to dismiss this Chapter 7 case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(3) filed by Vito O. Roppo (the “Debtor”). For the reasons set forth here in, the Court grants the UST’s motion and dismisses this case because the Debtor’s financial situation demonstrates abuse.
