MAGNUSON, Judge.
In these consolidated declaratory judgment actions, the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, two churches within the Archdiocese, and the Diocese of Winona (collectively, “the churches”) seek a declaration concerning the existence and extent of insurance coverage under policies issued by Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London; Interstate Fire and Casualty Company; and Aetna Casualty and Surety Company.
