MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Penny Nicholas has filed suit alleging violations of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (“RESPA”), 12 U.S.C. §§ 2601 et seq. (2012), and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692 et seq. (2012) by Defendant Green Tree Servicing, LLC (“Green Tree”). Pending before the Court is Green Tree’s Motion to Dismiss. The Motion is fully briefed and ripe for disposition. No hearing is necessary to resolve the issues. See D. Md. Local R. 105.6.
