Appeal from an order denying the alternative motion of defendant Edgewater Holding Company, a corporation, for amended findings or for a new trial.

Plaintiff is in the real estate business in Minneapolis, doing business under the tradename of Calhoun Realty Company, and is engaged, among other things, in selling real estate on a commission basis. The Edgewater Holding Company, hereinafter called the defendant, is engaged in operating and managing an apartment building known as Edgewater Court, located at 1805 West Lake street, Minneapolis.
