MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CASTILLO, District Judge.

Keith J. Thomas, Barbirito Aguilar, Joseph S. Guidry and Richard Cardenas’ (collectively “Proposed Intervenors”) motion for permissive intervention, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, is presently before this Court. They allege that this Court should exercise its discretion to permit permissive intervention because their claims share common questions of law and fact with Plaintiffs’ claims, their motion for intervention is timely and this Court has independent jurisdiction over their claims.
