MR. JUSTICE ANGSTMAN:

Plaintiff, a licensed real estate broker, brought this action to recover the sum of $10,500 alleged to be the commission due him pursuant to a written contract of sale of real estate signed by defendant, Lewis J. Beaty, a copy of which is attached to the complaint. The property involved was alleged to belong to all the defendants as partners. The complaint alleges that the defendant, Lewis J.
