A jury convicted defendant-appellant Daniel Roberts on charges of conspiracy to possess anabolic steroids with intent to distribute, and possession of anabolic steroids with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(D), and 846.
