Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Vogt, J.), rendered August 8, 1988, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of burglary in the second degree (two counts) and burglary in the third degree.

Defendant pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary in the second degree and one count of burglary in the third degree in full satisfaction of all charges in two indictments.
