Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (Isseks, J.), rendered August 30, 1979, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that he was arrested without probable cause and that the police unlawfully entered his premises to effect an arrest without first securing a warrant.
