*659 Lisa G. Sain and James W. Sain ("Plaintiffs") appeal from order allowing the motions to dismiss of Adams Auto Group, Inc. and Capital One, N.A. (collectively, "Defendants"). We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.

I. Factual Background

Plaintiffs purchased a used 2010 Honda Civic automobile ("the vehicle") from defendant, Adams Auto Group ("Adams") on 18 January 2013.
