APPEAL from Phillips Circuit Court in Chancery. M. T. Sanders, Judge. Cliff, the father of the plaintiff, Mrs. Sanders, died in 1867, leaving her his only heir. APPEAL from Phillips Circuit Court in Chancery. M. T. Sanders, Judge. Cliff, the father of the plaintiff, Mrs. Sanders, died in 1867, leaving her his only heir.
