The appellant, Sun Insurance Company of New York, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, appeals from a judgment entered in the District Court for the Southern Distinct of Georgia on a jury verdict of $10,000 in favor of the' appellee, Cullum’s Men Shop, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, in are action brought by the plaintiff to recover under a comprehensive dishonesty, disappearance and destruction insurance policy issued by the defendant. 1 The controversy arises out of a claim in the-amount of $10,000 by the plaintiff, owner of a retail store in…
