CAFFEY, District Judge.

Defendants move, before answering, for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, under Rule 56(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. following section 723c.

Plaintiff counter moves (1) for an order denying defendants’ motion; (2) for an order, pursuant to Rule 56(g), compelling defendants to pay to it its -reasonable expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred in opposing defendants’ motion on the ground that the motion is made in bad faith and for the purpose of delay; and (3) for an order granting leave to take depositions of defendants…
