KRAMER, Associate Judge:

The Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA) denied appellant’s claim for service connection for hypertension. Because the BVA did not commit reversible error in its July 10, 1990, decision, that decision will be affirmed.

Factual and Procedural Background

Appellant served on active duty with the Air Force from August 28, 1963, to August 25, 1967. R. at 7. His induction exam showed no abnormalities and his blood pressure was recorded as 120[systol-ic]/80[diastolic]. R. at 9, 10-13.
