This is an action by C. S. Anderson against H. C. Reynolds to recover commission alleged to be due for the sale of real estate. The petition charges that Anderson was a real estate agent living at Stratford, Okla., that Reynolds owned a farm in Garvin county, that he wanted to sell; "that he listed the same with Anderson at $65 per acre, or a total of $12,350, and was to pay Anderson 5 per cent, of the amount realized from the sale of the land when a sale had been made.
