STATON, Judge.
Jack Hinkle appeals the grant of summary judgment in favor of Garrett-Keyser-Butler School District (School) in Hinkle's action for reinstatement as teacher with the School and for back pay. Hinkle presents this court with five issues for review, which we consolidate and restate as:
1. Whether Hinkle's right to a full and fair hearing was denied even though he failed to call and examine the students who had accused him of misconduct.
