This is a petition for a writ of mandamus, which was reserved on the pleadings and the auditor’s report for determination by the full court. The petitioner owns a parcel of land about one hundred feet square abutting on Memorial Drive, in Cambridge, a parkway under the jurisdiction of the respondents. He has leased the land to a corporation for a gasoline filling station.
