Defendants Vietnam National Milk Company and Tsai’s International Trading Co. (collectively, “Vinamilk”) move for summary judgment dismissing all but one of the claims of plaintiff Friesland Brands, B.V. Friesland cross-moves for a finding that the defendants have acted in “bad faith” under trademark law. The parties have consented to this case being adjudicated by a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c).
