GARWOOD, Circuit Judge:
This is a petition for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“the Board”) denying petitioners’ application for suspension of deportation under section 244(a)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1254(a)(1). The primary questions are whether the Board failed to consider the noneconomic hardship that petitioners’ deportation might have on their family, especially on their two United States citizen children, and if so, whether the Board thereby failed to properly exercise its discretion.
