Petitioners, nine Haitian nationals,1 seek vacation and remand of an order of deportation entered by the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) pursuant to Title 8, U.S.C., Sec. 1251(a)(2) for entry without inspection, and of the denial of the discretionary withholding of deportation authorized by Title 8, U.S.C., Sec. 1253(h), so that they may adduce additional evidence before the INS.
