Plaintiffs sued Defendants for breach of contract and fraud concerning a real estate transaction. Following a bench trial, the district court entered judgment in favor of De fendants and dismissed the complaint. We affirm.

Thunderstorms may well be to blame for this litigation. In the middle of the summer of 1986 thunderstorms hit Colorado Springs.
