This matter is before the Court on the request of defendant John E. Schenberger, Jr. for a detention hearing pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3142(f). This case arises out of a two-count indictment issued in the Western District of Tennessee charging defendant with violating 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(1). Defendant was arrested in New Jersey on July 10, 2007, and appeared before this Court for his initial appearance on July 11, 2007. On the same date an Order of Temporary Detention [Doc.
