MEMORANDUM OF OPINION

I. Introduction.
The Court has for consideration Plaintiff Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc.’s (“MBUSI”) Motion for Preliminary Injunction filed on July 30, 2008. (Doc. 2.) MBU-SI asks this Court to order Defendant Cobasys, LLC (“Cobasys”) to specifically perform its purported contractual obligations under its agreements with MBU-SI.
