THIS CAUSE came before the Court on Plaintiff Michele Haddad’s[ 1 ] Motion for Preliminary Injunction, Memorandum in Support Thereof, and Expedited Hearing (Doc. No. 2; Motion), 2 filed on May 13, 2010. Plaintiff is suing Defendants, under 42 U.S.C. § 12133 and 29 U.S.C. § 794(a), alleging that they are discriminating against her on the basis of her disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (the “ADA”) and the Rehabilitation Act (the “Rehab Act”).
