¶ 1 This is an appeal from an Order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County granting appellees’, Dare A. Danner and Robert Peirce & Associates, motion for summary judgment and denying the cross-motion for summary judgment filed by appellant Pittsburgh Neurosurgery Associates, Inc.
