The defendants appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff.
The complaint sets forth a cause of action for the recovery of commissions alleged to he due from the defendants to the plaintiff for services rendered by the plaintiff to the defendants as traveling salesman, under a written contract between the parties. The defendants are partners doing business under the name of Schloss Bros. & Co. By the terms of the contract the plaintiff was employed to solicit orders for the defendant at prices and terms to be stated by them and in so doing to travel for such time and cover such territory…
