The complainant filed his original bill in the Chancery Court of Robertson County against the defendant C.H. Fort, individually, and as the representative of the Adams Jersey Cattle Association, unincorporated, to recover on a note executed by Fort, President, and Reams D. Farmer, Secretary of the Association, for $2100. The bill alleges that the note was authorized by the members of the Association and the proceeds thereof were used to purchase thoroughbred cattle, said Association being a voluntary, unincorporated organization.
