This is an application for a writ of prohibition. On or about October 8, 1929, Arthur M. Loeb and others, alleging themselves to be minority stockholders of Sunset Pacific Corporation and acting on behalf of said corporation in a representative suit, brought an action in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County against various defendants.
