This is a workmen’s compensation case. An award was made by the compensation commissioner in favor of claimant and against the respondents and the insurance carrier for medical and hospital expense and for temporary total and permanent partial disability. On appeal to the district court the commissioner’s award was adopted by and made the judgment of that court. From that judgment respondents and their insurance carrier appeal.
