The plaintiff’s cause of action, as it was set out in his complaint, and the evidence tended to-sustain it, was for damages which he had sustained becauseóf his wrongful expulsion from membership in the Musical Mutual Protective Union. This union is a corporation created under the laws of the State of New York, and at the time of the plaintiff’s expulsion consisted of upwards of" two thousand members.
