This is a proceeding brought before the clerk of the Superior Court to require the Wachovia Bank and Trust Company, as administrator with the will annexed of the estate of A. L. Stevenson, to pay to the petitioner O. B. Holbruner, as assignee of her father Joe W. Stevenson, eopetitioner, the interest her father claimed in the estate as a legal representative of Mary Stevenson and Sandy Stevenson, a deceased sister and a deceased brother of the testator.
