IN BANC. Action by Jay Nedry, Jr., a minor, against Richard Herold. From a judgment for plaintiff, defendant appeals, and defendant moves for an order to strike from the transcript on appeal certain documents.
MOTION ALLOWED. This is a motion for an order to strike from the transcript on appeal four documents, one of which is entitled Motion to Settle and Allow an Amendatory Bill of Exceptions, another of which is entitled Proposed Amendatory Bill of Exceptions, and the other two of which are affidavits.
