The plaintiff filed an application for execution against the defendant’s pension benefits to satisfy a court order for outstanding alimony and child support payments. The trial court determined that the defendant’s pension benefits were a debt accruing by reason of personal services, and hence subject to execution, but limited the amount of the order to that provided in General Statutes § 52-361. *677The plaintiff has appealed, arguing that the applicable execution statute is not § 52-361 but rather § 52-362.
