These are separate appeals from judgments of conviction in which each appellant was ordered to serve a term of seven years.

Elias T. Stone and Harold F. Stone, appellants in Nos. 8273 and 8274, were tried and convicted on thirteen indictments containing thirty counts; John G. Anderson, appellant in No. 827S, was tried and convicted on eight indictments containing seventeen counts; E. T.
