MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER REGARDING DISCOVERY

PHILIP PRATT, District Judge.

During the months of July and August, 1975, 35 patients at the Ann Arbor Veterans Administration Hospital suffered a total of 51 cardiopulmonary arrests. An intensive epidemiological and criminal investigation was begun to determine the cause of these unexpected events.
