The plaintiff asserts that the defendants are liable, on various theories, for the consequences of the construction of the plaintiff’s house in Braintree on improper land fill material. He has alleged that the defendant Iantosca himself, or through the other defendants whom Iantosca controlled, knowingly constructed the house on improper foundation material and then sold it to the plaintiff.
