The parents of a deceased son brought this action to recover damages for his wrongful death. The son, Edward Rasing, Jr., was killed when the automobile in which he was riding collided with the rear end of a truck owned by the defendant, Healzer Cartage Company, of Hutchinson, Kan., which company had *518procured from the Casualty Reciprocal Exchange, a corporation, and filed with the State Corporation Commission, as required by its rules and regulations', a liability policy of insurance covering the company’s operations as a common carrier of…
