Plaintiff, a resident taxpayer of Payne county, brought this action in the court below to enjoin the board of county commissioners of that county from entering into and carrying out a contract for the construction of a certain bridge over a river in that county, and from levying a tax to raise funds to pay for the construction of the bridge, and to enjoin the county treasurer from extending such tax upon the-tax rolls of the county, and from collecting same.
