This disability-discrimination case comes before the Court on Defendant Ethan Allen Retail, Inc.’s motion to dismiss [4].

A. Statement of Facts 1
In October 2004, Chesnut began her career at Ethan Allen, and until May 1, 2012, she worked at the retailer’s store in Peach-tree City, Georgia.2 During her employment, she was promoted three times. Ultimately, she became the design center manager, effectively the store manager, *1226and was responsible for overseeing the store’s operations.
